EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

A lot of you have been asking me now that I am home..... " What's Next?". Well I am so excited that I finally have an answer to that question.

After lots of prayer and seeking the Lord on His will for me in the next season. I have decided to officially commit and go to a program called CGA which stands for Center for Global Action. It is through the same organization that I went on my trip with last year.

CGA is a program which is a discipleship and leadership internship/ school that is focused on growing my leadership skills, growing my intimacy with the Lord, and taking all that I’ve learned and walked through on my race and applying it to my every day life! I will learn how to live out radically and serve in America. How to impact my workplace, college, or surrounding community. I will also be trained in leadership and will leave with the ability to lead teams overseas to do missions.

CGA is a 5 month program and I will be moving to Gainesville, Georgia! So I will have classes Mondays- Fridays as well as working a part time job to put everything I learn into practice. I will live in the community there with other people who are in CGA as well. And getting plugged in to a church and ways to serve in that community.

In order to go to this program I am asked to fundraise again the amount needed. The total cost of the program is roughly around $5,500 give or take some. All the funds I raise will go towards the program, my tuition, and housing while I'm down there. I will be honest, I am a tad nervous to fundraise again but know that it is all in the Lords hands. I have seen time and time again his provision in my life. I am SO excited to partner with you all through another amazing experience.
